Long answer: these situations are complicated and clients should contact Snapt (questions@snapt.net) for the latest information. Should you decide to move away from Snapt we are offering a free migration consultation service to help users determine the best alternative solution.

The situation is fluid but currently it is not expected that Snapt’s online products (Nova & Novasense) will be active beyond October 31st 2022 (see Snapt’s Statement for full details). Snapt’s support for all products will also end on this date.

Loadbalancer.org is the ADC (reverse proxy/load balancer) solution that Snapt are recommending. We are working closely with Snapt to try and minimize any impact on users. While in many instances we may have a suitable alternative product, our goal is to minimize your disruption and offer advice, not to force our products on you.

Customers using Snapt Aria should be able to continue using their product beyond Oct 31st 2022, albeit unsupported. Loadbalancer.org can offer limited support services while a transition plan is put in place. We have a number of transition options and our goal is to try to ensure that you are not left ‘out-of-pocket’.
