It is Loadbalancer.org’s policy to operate in strict compliance with all applicable export controls, relevant regulations and related reporting requirements, as explained in the Export Controls Company Statement.
As a global business operating from a number of different legal territories our products are subject to export controls, including but not limited to, the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), as administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) and the Export Control Act 2002, as administered by the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS)’s Export Control Organisation.
As a Loadbalancer.org customer, partner, employee, contractor, or other entity doing business with Loadbalancer.org, receiving or using Loadbalancer.org products. You must adhere to all applicable export control laws and regulations. Failure to comply with relevant laws and regulations is a serious offense and could result in criminal charges and penalties.
